Summer Rate - June 1st to September 30th
$750 per week / $1700 per month
Plus $50 weekly cleaning fee		 Winter Rate - October 1st to May 30th
$500 per week / $1450 per month
Plus $50 weekly cleaning fee

Reservations accepted for a minimum of 7 evenings and for extended seasonal stays.

We accept both Visa and Mastercard. In order to hold your room a Visa or MasterCard number must be given. Your credit card will not be charged until you leave Brook Meadows. If you must cancel please give 30 days notice otherwise one week charge will be applied to your credit card.
